BEIJING: Four people have been confirmed dead and 19 injured in China after a subway tunnel collapsed and the survival chances for 17 others still missing is slim, state media said on Sunday.The accident happened Saturday in the east Chinese city of Hangzhou, trapping construction workers underground while the tunnel was swiftly flooded with water from a nearby river, China’s official news agency reported.
