KATMANDU: Nepal's political parties have agreed to immediately begin work on a new constitution and enforce it by May2010, an official said Monday. Assembly spokesman Mukund Sharma said the parties who have members elected to the country's Constituent Assembly decided on May28, 2010, as the deadline to have the constitution ready.
